Job summary

United Contractors is seeking a Labor Compliance Manager to oversee CBAs, PLAs, and public works standards in California. You will work with contractor members to resolve complex compliance issues and advise on best practices.

This is a growth-focused role within a high-trust team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in labor agreements, strong contract record-keeping, and the ability to translate complex language into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with collective bargaining agreements or CA prevailing wage/public works.
• Strong contract administration experience with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex language into clear, actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Administer CBAs and support negotiations process.
• Provide compliance and contract interpretation for CBAs to membership.
• Support public works and prevailing wage compliance for members.
• Assist LMS leadership in achieving department and organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data organization and meetings.
