Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Contract Administrator to ensure contracts align with business goals, comply with regulations, and mitigate risk. You will focus on cost optimization, profitability, and ethical standards while coordinating with Project Managers on contracts and purchase orders.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, MS Office, and ability to interpret complex financial documents are required. A Bachelor's in Business is expected; CPCM is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
  • CPCM certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in contract administration within construction is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure contracts align with business goals and comply with regulations.
  • Mitigate risks and optimize contract costs and profitability.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to execute contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and resolve claims or disputes.
