Job summary

Joseph J. Albanese is seeking a motivated project coordinator to act as liaison between internal and external teams, managing contract deliverables and maintaining records throughout construction.

This role requires experience coordinating multiple projects, strong organization, and independent problem-solving abilities. The coordinator will handle contract documents, change orders, and compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements, including DAS 140/142 forms and PLAs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in construction coordination or project administration.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to track multiple projects in various stages of construction.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contract documents from project start-up and deliver on timeframes and deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy of electronic contract documentation, changes, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain compliance with project labor and regulatory requirements (DAS 140/142, PLAs, etc.).
• Coordinate project closeout and retention billing with accurate backups.
