Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in contracts administration or related construction operations.
• 5+ years of office management or administrative experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue and maintain subcontracts, POs, and related agreements.
• Ensure insurance and prequalification requirements are satisfied before execution.
• Maintain contract logs and project records across multiple projects.
• Manage Procore projects, users, and document templates.
