Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate or Building Construction.
• 4+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, Banking and/or large-scale construction projects.
• Paralegal experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact with contractors/vendors to facilitate timely receipt of invoices.
• Review and verify invoices for soundness, appropriate documentation, and compliance to contracts.
• Produce project reports in accordance with loan compliance and internal/client requirements.
• Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting including internal documents and reports.
• Manage process of report distribution, list updates and follow-up.
• Lead the effort to ensure contracts, change orders, and cost reports are entered in Yardi.
