Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Project Administrator in Atlanta, GA to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage financial documents, subcontracts, purchase orders, and track compliance, ensuring timely processing of payroll, invoicing, and insurance documentation.

The role emphasizes organized records, cross-functional support, and strong communication. A 2-year degree is preferred, with construction experience; HS diploma with office experience also considered.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a two-year degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, Accounting or related).
• Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts payable and receivable for projects, including subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Oversee project billing and AR activity for the project.
• Handle vendor and subcontractor contract closeout processes.
• Ensure all documentation from subcontractors/vendors is accurate and current.
• Assemble and distribute submittals and other project documents.
• Coordinate HR onboarding and new-hire paperwork for onsite employees.
