Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the bidding process by preparing, organizing, and tracking required documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage contract documentation, subcontractor qualification records, compliance files, and project records from bid through closeout.
• Maintain logs, tracking systems, and project documentation to support legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure clear communication, timely follow-up, and accurate document control.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements, public works requirements, prevailing wage standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Support project closeout by collecting, organizing, and maintaining complete and compliant closeout documentation.
