The position oversees WIP/POC reporting and collaborates with Project Managers to keep work aligned with contracted scopes and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, accounting/finance, project administration, or related role.
• Strong understanding of WIP, POC, invoicing, and financial controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between Sales, Project Management, and Accounting to translate quotes into contracts and billing.
• Review sales estimates, proposals, and customer requirements into contract scopes, billing terms, and deliverables.
• Oversee WIP and POC reporting to reflect project progress and financial activity.
• Prepare, review, and administer customer contracts, including government, ferry, and specialized agreements.
• Manage change orders from prep to customer approval, ensuring pricing and scope alignment.
• Own end-to-end customer invoicing, validating against contracts, change orders, POs, labor, materials, and milestones.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with Accounting.
• Review subcontractor invoices and costs for authorization and alignment with approved work.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales to flag scope changes and profitability issues.
• Maintain accurate contract, project, change order, and billing documentation through completion.
• Serve as go-to resource for commercial and financial questions between Sales, Operations/Project Management, and Accounting.
• Communicate with customers regarding contracts, change orders, invoices, and payment requirements.
