The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction accounting, proficiency in Procore, Sage Intacct, and Excel, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent construction experience.
• 2+ years of construction accounting, billing, contracts, change orders, and project financial administration.
• Proficiency with Procore, Sage Intacct, and Excel; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project folders, documents, logs, cost codes, and reporting; collaborate with project teams and clients.
• Review payment applications and enter invoices in Procore for approval; verify licensing, insurance, and compliance documents before payment.
• Prepare accurate monthly client billings according to contract requirements; monitor schedules of values and change orders.
