Jobot is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our growing team in New Braunfels, TX. You will manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements while collaborating with Project Managers across the team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in construction contracts, a Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent, and CPCM is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• CPCM certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a construction contract environment.

Responsabilidades

• Stay abreast of industry trends and legal requirements to ensure company compliance.
• Minimize project and contract risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Teams to ensure proper execution of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Assist in contract negotiations and resolution of claims or disputes.
