Job summary

Team LINX LLP in Denver, CO is seeking a Prequalification & Compliance Coordinator to manage active prequalification status with general contractors, ensuring eligibility to bid on new projects. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction administration, compliance, prequalification, or contracting support.
• Strong understanding of insurance, bonding, OCIP/CCIP, and safety compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for coordination with internal staff and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and maintain prequalification applications and renewal documents with general contractors and third-party compliance platforms.
• Monitor and track compliance requirements across active and prospective projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain up-to-date records of insurance certificates, bonding capacity, licenses, and safety program documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, safety officers, and project managers to gather and verify compliance information.
• Manage OCIP/CCIP enrollment and compliance, including payroll reports and enrollment discrepancies.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA documentation meet contractor and project requirements.
• Track security clearances, background checks, or site-specific training certifications as required.
• Support RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations with compliance documents and responses.
• Develop and maintain an organized compliance database and reporting system.
