Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to be the Clinic Manager at our construction site clinic in Pomeroy, WA. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6am–4:30pm, with possible weekends based on client needs.

You will oversee clinic workflows, scheduling, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain patient care and OSHA records. Competitive pay at $27–$30 per hour, with per diem available for qualified travelers.

Qualifications

• Be licensed as EMT or Paramedic with CPR/BLS certification.
• Able to lead and support a clinic team in a construction setting.
• Strong computer skills and EMR software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with client health, safety, HR and benefits teams.
• Handle patient care, workers’ comp, RTW program support and OSHA records.
• Manage documentation using EMR and related tools.
• Perform pre-employment screenings and PATs.
