Job summary

Medcor seeks a EMT/Paramedic to serve as Onsite Health Technician at a construction-site clinic in Conover, NC. This PRN, on-site role requires working Mon-Fri 06:30 am–5:00 pm with potential variation based on client needs.

Qualified candidates will hold EMT or Paramedic licensure, current CPR/BLS, and be capable of lifting 50 lb. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic licensure valid for NC.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work at construction sites and in harsh environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at Medcor's on-site clinic.
• Support workers’ compensation case management and RTW program facilitation.
• Collaborate with medical and operations leadership and outside providers.
• Document care using EMR and other clinical tools.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care during shifts.
