Job summary

Rohadfox Construction Control Services Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in environmental, transportation, aviation, facilities, transit, government and energy sectors. You will build a portfolio of projects, pursue new clients, and manage relationships to deliver proposals that close deals.

The role requires travel across states, a high-energy approach, and a track record of closing substantial leads in construction-related services.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in and an understanding of the Construction Management industry.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in building and developing strategies and the ability to close on quality leads/proposals.
• Must be self-managed, seeking out information as it arises and maintaining good follow-up with clients and team.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse and strong personalities.
• Must thrive in fast-moving environments with challenging deadlines and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate $3-5 million per year revenue (based on salary) with potential to grow.
• Lead business development pursuits including strategies, capture plans, proposals and presentations.
• Prepare for and participate in client interviews; may be main author for client presentations.
• Leverage relationships to secure additional opportunities.
• Develop client relationship management plans for specific clients and ensure regular growth.
• Attend conferences and networking events to build professional relationships.
• Perform project management duties on multiple projects as required.
• Travel as needed; evenings/weekends may be required to meet proposal deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
