Job summary

RH Design Build, LLC is seeking a Commercial Design-Build Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by pursuing new design-build opportunities across the Southeast. You will build relationships with owners, developers, architects, and industry partners, guiding opportunities from concept through proposal.

The role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong networking abilities, and a thorough understanding of the commercial construction process. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or project management in commercial construction or design-build.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial design-build opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve annual sales and revenue goals.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, industry associations, cold outreach, and market research.
• Build long-term relationships with developers, property owners, municipalities, architects, engineers, brokers, and contractors.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and industry conferences to increase company visibility.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to executive leadership.
