Rohadfox Construction Control Services (RCCSC) seeks a detail-oriented Construction Administrative professional to support the Resident Engineer on an airport project in Atlanta, GA. You will handle contract administration in the field and office, including site inspections, meetings, submittals, pay applications, change orders, punch lists, and closeout activities while maintaining project records.

The ideal candidate has a degree and 1–2 years of construction administration experience

Qualificações

• Internships and/or 1–2 years’ construction contract administration experience; aviation industry preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
• Ability to read construction documents and develop project records

Responsabilidades

• Assist in evaluating progress and quality of construction activities against schedules and budgets
• Assist Resident Engineer in weekly construction meetings
• Participate in on-site inspections with engineers and stakeholders
• Track and document project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Create clear presentations, graphics, and reports to communicate project status
• Coordinate with user groups to align project goals with requirements
• Manage planned shutdowns of systems or facilities with stakeholders
• Provide administrative support including documentation, scheduling and reporting
• Review drawings and revisions to verify field work
• Review technical specs and contractual documents to verify field work
• Assist in validating change orders to meet project requirements and budget
