• Build relationships with prospective clients, brokers, architects, engineers, and partners.
• Generate qualified project leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
• Maintain relationships with clients and keep leadership updated on pipeline and next steps.
• Coordinate with preconstruction and operations to align BD with project execution.
• Represent Nance Construction professionally within the local business community.
