Job summary
A prominent construction firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on lead generation and securing profitable projects valued at $25 million and greater. The role involves maintaining relationships with clients and overseeing all business development activities. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of construction-related experience. This position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) retirement plan.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Capable of communicating effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Must have a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel if required.
Responsibilities
Lead development of list of primary customer targets.
Assist in the maintenance of relationships with architects and owners.
Track funding and potential project procurement timelines.
Participate in the RFQ/RFP process as part of the Work Acquisition team.
Network with architects and project developers.
