A prominent construction firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on lead generation and securing profitable projects valued at $25 million and greater. The role involves maintaining relationships with clients and overseeing all business development activities. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of construction-related experience. This position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ construction-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Capable of communicating effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of list of primary customer targets.
• Assist in the maintenance of relationships with architects and owners.
• Track funding and potential project procurement timelines.
• Participate in the RFQ/RFP process as part of the Work Acquisition team.
• Network with architects and project developers.
