Job summary

ZipApply is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a full-time in-office role in Gainesville, Georgia. The ideal candidate will support financial and administrative operations for a growing construction-related organization, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements include at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience in construction, proficiency with QuickBooks, and strong communication. Bachelor's degree is preferred; experience with AIA documentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience in construction.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with AIA documentation is desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and accounting functions using QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping activities.
• Assist with job estimation and bid preparation processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Perform administrative duties and office support functions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent communication.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting for construction-related projects.
