Job summary

ZipApply is reviewing a hands-on Bookkeeper role in Gainesville, GA, supporting a $25 million manufacturing operation. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, inventory tracking, job costing, and WIP, ensuring accurate financials and smooth month-end closes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing accounting, strong attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems (Epicor) to help improve processes and provide timely financial information to management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory, job costing, and WIP.
• Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
• Support manufacturing accounting activities such as inventory tracking, job costing, and month-end close.
• Maintain accurate records, help strengthen internal processes, and provide clean, timely financial information to management.
