Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience with AIA billing, subcontractor payments, and project accounting.
• Familiarity with construction software and ERP software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Process payments to vendors and subcontractors.
• Track incoming payments and manage invoicing schedules.
• Prepare and submit AIA billing applications and lien waivers.
