The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with project teams, and efficient use of AI-enabled accounting tools, with in-office hours Monday–Friday and a strong emphasis on internal controls and timely

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or roofing.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with AI-enabled software.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• High-volume accounts payable management within AI-enabled system.
• Verify accuracy of AI-generated project cost codes for job costing.
• Post electronic cash receipts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist with construction billing and onboarding prequalifications.
• Reconcile labor costs and support month-end close activities.
• Communicate with project managers and vendors as needed.
