You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable, process subcontractor payments, vendor invoices, and job cost

Qualificações

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in construction.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar construction accounting software.
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP schedules, and construction billing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process subcontractor payments, vendor invoices, and job cost tracking.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger entries; monitor project budgets.
• Prepare financial reports for management and maintain contract, lien waiver, and document organization.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and budget tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process subcontractor payments, vendor invoices, and job cost tracking
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger entriesMonitor project budgets and prepare financial reports for management
• Maintain organized records of contracts, lien waivers, and financial documents
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and budget tracking

Requirements:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar construction accounting software
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP schedules, and construction billing
• Experience with AIA billing and subcontractor compliance is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
