Job summary

FERMA Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our Accounting team in Newark, CA. The role supports project billing, prepares invoices, and coordinates with Project Managers to ensure timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have construction billing experience and are comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction billing and project accounting.
• Proficiency with Vista by Viewpoint is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Textura, GCPay, Procore Pay or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process project billings, including progress and T&M invoices.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to gather billing information and supporting docs.
• Enter and maintain billing data in Vista by Viewpoint.
• Submit invoices and payment applications through third-party platforms.
• Maintain schedules of values and project billing records.
• Track change orders, retainage, and previously billed amounts.
