Job summary

You will work directly with project managers and upper management to ensure financial success on multiple projects, handling requisitions, invoices, and cost analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction project accounting experience and familiarity with ERP systems such as Viewpoint, Sage, or Procore.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of project accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with construction ERP software; Viewpoint by Vista is a plus, familiarity with Sage or Procore is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly requisitions and payment applications.
• Manage invoices, change orders, and collections with clients.
• Produce cash management and forecast reports for senior leadership.
• Analyze job costs and project profit/loss.
• Review and prepare essential documents (certified payroll, insurance, tax certificates).
• Collaborate with project managers on billing, change orders, and project closeouts.
