Clark Associates is seeking a billing professional focused on contract invoices and project billing within a construction environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, interdepartmental collaboration, and timely processing of monthly invoices and related financial documentation.

You will work closely with project managers and management to understand contract terms, track deposits and billing milestones, and respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure clean month-end close.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of construction billing experience.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Effective time management and communication skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly project invoices, including AIA style, standard invoices, and third-party system billings.
• Provide invoice support and respond to inquiries to finalize invoices by month end.
• Identify, prepare, and track project customer deposits, design, or specialty billings.
• Assist Senior Management with contract administration, cost control and financial projections.
• Support lien waivers, preliminary notices, bond notices, or periodic billing as required.
• Assist with invoice inquiries from Accounts Receivable, Project Management, or other internal stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly work in process and retention billing meetings.
• Explain contract terms and billing status to Project Managers and Company Management.
• Compile project completion financial reports; perform ad hoc analyses as requested.
