Infratech Corporation is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare, verify, and submit invoices for overhead, underground, and lighting construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience with billing systems to ensure accurate, timely cycles.

You will review documentation, reconcile invoices, and support month-end processes using ERP software and Excel; collaboration with project management and accounting is essential.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of billing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Maximo and ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, data validation).
• Familiarity with invoicing, cost allocations, and contract billing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and client requirements.
• Review work orders and reports to ensure billing accuracy.
• Perform invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with project teams.
• Maintain detailed billing records and ensure compliance with processes.
• Utilize Maximo and ERP/accounting systems to manage billing workflows.
