Job summary

Atkinson Building, part of Clark Construction Group, is seeking a Project Administrator to support construction projects and act as a primary liaison between operations, corporate finance, and external parties. This fast-paced role involves payroll processing, billing, and reporting for projects valued from $20 million to $1 billion.

You will help manage timecards, procure, and coordinate documents while upholding Atkinson’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administration/accounting experience.
• Experience in billing, document control, and purchasing.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with Textura, SAP, LCP Tracker or Coupa preferred.
• Commitment to data accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trade/craft payroll processing and timecard collection.
• Process field new hires at the jobsite (dispatching, paperwork, drug testing).
• Review payroll from subs and resolve delinquencies with subs.
• Process purchase orders and pay invoices within 30 days.
• Create and maintain reports and billing packages for change orders.
