Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, administrative, or relevant roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with customer and work order billing.
• Familiarity with Spectrum software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between office personnel and project managers.
• Run work order status reports and manage open work orders.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy.
• Prepare and revise invoices; submit for approval and daily sending.
• Monthly billing duties: statements, PM billing, and tracking renewals.
• Process invoice coding, verify POs, support A/R.
