Job summary

Spyglass Talent Solutions has been engaged to search for a Business Development Manager for a confidential client. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors, developers, and property managers across the Triangle from the Raleigh North Hills office, with most time spent in the field.

The candidate will identify decision makers, maintain customer contact, and support operations while pursuing monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Established network in commercial or residential construction strongly preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in shared spreadsheets; Dispatcher experience a plus; QuickBooks familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, developers, and subcontractors across commercial construction.
• Identify the decision makers on each account.
• Check in with customers regularly.
• Support operations by answering calls/texts and entering jobs into Dispatcher.
• Track sales activity and pipeline; review numbers with leadership.
