Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry.
• Existing network of contractors, owners or design firms in the market.
• Disciplined pipeline habits: documented, forecastable and honest.
• Comfortable discussing specifications and schedules with a superintendent and owner.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships end to end and chase opportunities from pursuit to signed agreement.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing and follow-up.
