Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to own the market of general contractors, owners, developers, and design firms. You will drive the pipeline, manage relationships end to end, and close deals with a base salary plus commission on revenue collected from accounts you develop.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms; own relationships end to end.
Track permits, bid boards, and project announcements to find work before award; qualify and pursue it.
Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing, qualifications, and follow-up.
Represent the company at industry associations, pre-bid meetings, and client events; report pipeline and results monthly.
