Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent for a project across New Jersey. This role oversees all construction activities from planning to implementation, allocates resources, and maintains daily field reports.

You will supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and interface with inspectors and clients. The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and experience with Timberline, Raken, and CM software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Large GC specializing in Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for an Assistant Site Superintendentfor a project throughout New Jersey.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate "Tool Box Talks," as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• OSHA 30
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
