You will supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and interface with inspectors and clients. The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and experience with Timberline, Raken, and CM software.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Proficient with Timberline and Raken; experience with CM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in construction management or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software.
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports.
• Facilitate toolbox talks as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and officials.
• Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable costs.
• Maintain high workmanship standards per plans and specs.
• Handle additional related projects as assigned.
