Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent/Project Manager for a new multifamily rehab project in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. You will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality per plans.

Candidates should have 5+ years as a construction superintendent, experience with multifamily rehabs, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Timberline or similar software. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing multifamily construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Computer proficiency required; Timberline and/or Raken experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Deadline driven.

Responsibilities

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
