McCarl's LLC in McMurray, PA is seeking an AR Specialist to manage invoicing, apply payments, monitor aging, and support project teams with billing and collection matters. You will reconcile accounts, assist with monthly cycles, generate statements, and maintain documentation; prior Viewpoint Vista or similar ERP experience and strong Excel skills are valued.

Qualificações

• 1 to 2 years of accounting data entry or accounts receivable experience.
• Computer skills required - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems that utilize a job costing module.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on job progress, contracts, or service completion.
• Maintain accurate billing records within the Company ERP system.
• Apply customer payments to appropriate accounts (ACH, check, wire, credit card).
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing discrepancies or past due accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with monthly billing cycles and reporting.
• Generate and distribute customer statements.
