Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in construction.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Match invoices to POs and delivery receipts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain W-9s, COIs, licenses, and vendor records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close and AP reconciliations.
• Support job costing and coordination with procurement.
