Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire role based in Lancaster, PA. The position focuses on overseeing monthly billing, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate coding and records.

You will interact with project managers and customers across multiple portals to ensure timely payments and reconciliations. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Vista Construction Management Software, and at least 2 years of AP experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to process AIA documents, T&M invoices and billings.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing and ensure charges align with contracts.
• Prepare and bill AIA documents and T&M invoices.
• Initialize, review, and send billings to customers on time.
• Scan and attach invoices for electronic records.
• Collaborate with project managers and various customer portals.
