Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Previous construction accounting experience preferred.
• Experience working with an ERP or accounting software system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Process and code a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation
• Maintain vendor accounts and respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Perform vendor statement and account reconciliations
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation
• Work closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure invoices are properly approved and processed
• Assist with construction-related accounting projects and other duties as needed
