• The AP Clerk will process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts receivable functions as needed
• Utilize accounting and document management systems to complete daily tasks
• The AP Clerk will perform general accounting duties, including AP and AR support
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial statements
• Provide detail-oriented administrative and accounting support across multiple business units
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal team member and external customer inquiries
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekly and monthly deadlines
• The AP Clerk will perform additional duties as assigned

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

The Accounts Payable Clerk supports a multi-entity organization within the construction industry by handling day-to-day accounting functions, with a primary focus on accounts payable. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and assisting with general accounting operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK ROLE:

• The AP Clerk will process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts receivable functions as needed
• Utilize accounting and document management systems to complete daily tasks
