Mead & Hunt in Chicago, IL is seeking a Construction Administrator to join our Architecture North team with a hybrid schedule, requiring at least three days onsite. You will serve as on-site project representative, mentor staff on constructability, and oversee field administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction-related field with required experience or equivalent
• 4+ years in construction experience and 4+ certifications (for degree paths)
• 8+ years experience for no-degree path, 4+ certifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site project representative and mentor for constructability
• Oversee field administration tasks and conduct site observations
• Prepare, review and distribute weekly/monthly reports and meeting minutes
• Review RFIs and contractor responses; manage pay applications and change orders
• Coordinate subconsultants and may act as owner's representative
