Job summary

Qualifications

• Combination of education and/or experience totaling eight years is required.
• Ideal candidates have extensive construction management experience on large projects.
• Experience with RFIs, change orders, and project documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration for multi-discipline projects per contracts and schedules.
• Conduct daily construction inspections to ensure proper installation of equipment.
• Manage project communications including submittals, RFIs, and supplemental instructions.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on site.
• Create daily construction reports and travel to construction sites as required.
