• Eight years of relevant experience required, with multiple project sizes.
• Option set: assoc degree +6y, bachelor +4y, or no degree +8y.
• Ideal candidate experience includes scheduling and site coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration activities per contract and schedule.
• Conduct daily construction inspections to ensure proper installation of equipment.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, supplemental instructions, and payment requests.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and create daily construction reports.
• Travel to construction sites is required; valid driver’s license needed.
• Arrange and conduct site meetings.
