Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an on-call position for a senior site construction manager. Responsibilities include leading construction administration activities for multi-discipline construction projects in accordance with project contracts and schedules; conducting daily construction inspections to ensure proper installation of equipment; managing project communications including submittals, RFIs, and supplemental instructions; ensuring safety standards are followed; and creating daily construction reports. Travel to construction sites is an essential function of this position; a valid driver's license is required.
The hours for this position may vary from zero to 40 hours per week and may exceed 40 hours in some cases. The position is located at various project sites and is currently an on-call (i.e., no benefits) position.
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling eight years of relevant experience. Acceptable options include:
