Job summary

JRM Construction Management, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance team in New York City. The AP Specialist will handle full cycle AP, expense reimbursements, and collaborate with project managers to approve invoices.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree or 3+ years AP experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Concur, Sage 300, and Excel is preferred. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and/or at least three years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable processing; high volume matching, batching, coding, scanning and entering invoices.
• Maintain and update AP reports and documentation for accuracy.
• Manage vendor files, vendor numbers, and communications with vendors.
