Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within financial services.
• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains accounting software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the Accounts Payable process.
• Maintain and improve the functionality of the AP system.
• Oversee the AP mail and email inboxes and ensure invoice processing.
• Review invoices against service contracts for accuracy.
• Obtain internal approvals for invoices.
• Facilitate payments to vendors via ACH, check, and wire.
