MJ Daly, part of Arden Building Companies, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the Accounting team in a fast-paced construction environment. Reporting to the Controller, you will manage payable processes and maintain accurate records across multiple projects.

You will liaise with project managers, ensure invoice integrity, and handle invoicing in Timberline and Sage Paperless, while supporting general accounting tasks as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant accounting experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• 3–5 years of CT accounting and administration experience; construction accounting desirable.
• CT Sales Tax knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for communicating with employees, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Experience using Timberline project financial software or similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounts payable functions under the direction of the Controller.
• Serve as liaison between the accounting division and project managers to ensure invoice integrity.
• Enter invoices into accounting software (Sage Paperless).
• Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as needed.
