Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• 2–7+ years of accounting experience, Construction accounting experience required.
• Experience with construction accounting processes including COIs, lien waivers, and vendor compliance.
• QuickBooks Enterprise and Procore experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction accounting activities across multiple projects.
• Process construction invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform job cost coding and monitor project costs.
• Administer accounts payable and vendor payment processes.
• Review COIs, lien waivers, and vendor compliance documentation.
• Track paid-when-paid requirements and assist with month-end close.
• Support project accounting and financial reporting; optimize Procore usage.
