Qualifications

• Construction accounting experience is required.
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Procore experience is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 300 construction invoices per month.
• Manage the full construction accounts payable process.
• Review vendor documents including COIs and lien waivers.
• Perform accurate job cost coding for construction projects.
• Track and administer paid-when-paid payment requirements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with month-end accounting as responsibilities expand.
• Support construction accounting functions beyond transactional AP.
• Participate in Procore implementation and optimization.
• Grow into additional accounting management responsibilities over time.
