• Construction accounting experience required.
• Solid foundation in construction accounts payable and job costing.
• Experience with COIs, lien waivers and vendor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process ~300 construction invoices per month.
• Manage full construction accounts payable and vendor compliance.
• Perform accurate job cost coding for projects.
• Assist with month-end close and expand responsibilities over time.
• Support Procore implementation and optimization.
